The Role:
We’re seeking an AI Automation Engineer. This role is designed for a systems-oriented professional who enjoys transforming business workflows into production-ready AI applications, automations, and integrations.
You’ll play a key role in building practical AI-powered solutions that streamline operations, eliminate manual work, and help clients scale their businesses through automation.
Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – TBD.

Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 3+ years building automations, integrations, or business applications. Experience writing and debugging code, with proficiency in Python preferred. Experience with C++, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL is highly valued.
Skills: Experience with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar), automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, Microsoft Power Platform), APIs, CRM systems, and business platforms such as Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Supabase. Strong documentation, testing, QA, and communication skills.
