We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Cloud & Infrastructure) to lead the successful delivery of Alibaba Cloud infrastructure and cloud implementation projects. This role is responsible for coordinating customers, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in accordance with project management standards.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Program/Project Manager in planning and executing project activities to ensure successful delivery within the agreed timeline and budget.
Gather, analyze, and manage customer business requirements, working closely with the project team to prioritize tasks and drive projects through to completion.
Manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle, including scope changes, issue resolution, and escalations when required.
Develop, monitor,



and manage project schedules, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Coordinate project activities with internal teams, customers, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to meet business objectives.
Validate project deliverables with all stakeholders before project completion.
Prepare, maintain, and manage project documentation, including business requirement documents, meeting minutes, status reports, and other project artifacts.
Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and overall status to customers and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Manage supplier and vendor relationships by tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring successful project execution.
Ensure project governance and documentation comply with established Project Management Standards.
