As a Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the VECTRA product line by driving technical excellence, quality assurance, process optimization, and software performance.
You will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring robust analysis processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and effective collaboration between technical and software teams. Your expertise will help maintain high-quality deliverables while supporting innovation and customer satisfaction across the organization.
As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Defining and owning the analysis processes and software applications for VECTRA product lines.
Providing technical support for the VECTRA platform to ensure report delivery and quality are not impacted by analysis process or software issues.
Delivering technical training on new and updated VECTRA processes, methodologies, and software tools.
Maintaining and updating VECTRA-related documentation and Quality Metric Systems to ensure compliance with current ISO guidelines.
