Overview

The Regional HR Business Partner II plays a critical role in delivering the HR strategy across their assigned client group(s),



providing comprehensive regional HR support to managers and teammates. Responsibilities include coaching/training of people leaders, triaging and resolving employee relations issues, performance management, career development and succession
planning, and teammate recognition and engagement. Works comprehensive regional HR support working closely with managers and teammates to ensure they have the skills and capabilities to achieve their business objectives with employee needs. This
role fosters a high-performing and engaged work environment while adhering to best people practices.

Responsibilities

Execution of HR services for assigned client group(s):
Counsel people leaders and teammates to address workplace issues and questions, ensuring compliance with
Federal/state/local legislation, as well as company policies, processes, and best practices.
