Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an After-sales E-Service Engineer, located in Bogota, D.C., with some work-from-home flexibility. The E-Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support for our machines and systems. Daily tasks include performing maintenance and repair, delivering field service,



and effectively communicating with customers and team members.

Responsibilities
Support customers' inquiries regarding electronic issues through phone, email, and remote services.
Advise customers on electrical process optimization.
Following up on open requests from customers, working actively and reactively with customers remote and onsite
Perform electrical, electronic and/or automation engineering either remotely or in person, according to the needs of the company and the service.
Perform remote configurations and validations of automation and related software (Configure RDH), TIA Portal, SCADA systems, Siemens and/or other related systems.
Prepare reports, as well as report to management all remote configurations and validations performed for their respective billing.
Document processes and activities in the area, as well as keep the records required by intercompany clients up to date.
