Core Responsibilities
Support design, implementation, configuration, testing, and launch of a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP). Partner with external vendors and NIQ technology, platform, & UX teams to implement integrations and escalate technical troubleshooting. Maintain process documentation and use learner insights and performance data to continuously optimize learning platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Learning Technology, UX/Human-Centered Design, Multimedia Design, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or a related field. 3-6+ years of experience in learning, customer education, enablement, or learning technology within a general SaaS or technology-driven organization. 3+ years experience administering or configuring learning platforms (LMSs/LXPs).
