Invoice Processing and Resolution Analyst
Manage and verify accounts payable records by ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoice processing and resolution. This role is responsible for maintaining high-quality accounting information,



ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal policies, and meeting agreed service levels. The position contributes to risk control and the operational continuity of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and post invoices for domestic and international vendors, including special payment requests, in accordance with established service levels to ensure timely payments and operational continuity.
Ensure accurate invoice processing and resolution, including proper tax application in compliance with local fiscal regulations and internal ICS policies and procedures.
Prepare and analyze periodic reports related to invoice processing and resolution, ensuring proper tracking and control of accounts payable.
Perform reconciliations of accounts related to the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and minimizing risks.
Monitor and resolve discrepancies, escalations, and invoice-related issues in a timely and effectiv
