Atlas is an AI-native ATS/CRM built for the recruitment industry. We're Seed-funded (c. £6M, led by Smedvig Ventures), with ~450 customers and scaling past $3M ARR in just 18 months of operating.
We've grown almost entirely through inbound - strong LinkedIn, a content engine that ranks, and a genuine edge in AI search. We're AI-first in how we run, not just what we sell: lean team, heavy tooling, repeatable systems over headcount.

What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for a Paid Media specialist to own our paid acquisition engine across Google, LinkedIn, and other high-intent channels. This isn't a campaign management role - it's a growth role. You'll be responsible for turning advertising spend into qualified pipeline and revenue.
You'll work closely with our Growth team to build, launch, test, and optimize campaigns that attract the right customers while constantly improving efficiency and scale.

Your responsibilities will include:

Own paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
Build, launch,



and optimize campaigns focused on generating qualified pipeline, not vanity metrics.
Continuously test audiences, messaging, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Work closely with Content and Organic Growth to create full-funnel campaigns.
Build reporting that clearly connects advertising spend to pipeline, revenue, CAC, and ROI.
Use AI to improve campaign research, copywriting, analysis, and optimization while maintaining strong human judgment.
Experiment relentlessly. We value rapid testing, fast learning cycles, and data-driven decision making over assumptions.
