Accident Recovery Network is seeking a highly experienced MVA Legal Intake and Retainer Conversion Specialist to manage inbound inquiries, conduct outbound follow-up, qualify prospective clients, facilitate live transfers, and guide qualified accident victims through the retainer-signing process.
This is a full-time, performance-driven legal intake position for someone who understands that intake is not merely answering the phone. The role requires strong communication, disciplined follow-up, accurate case qualification, empathy, persistence, and the ability to convert qualified prospects into completed consultations, live transfers, and signed retainers.
The idóneo candidate has extensive experience handling motor vehicle accident, personal injury, and mass tort inquiries and can communicate clearly with prospective clients who may be injured, overwhelmed, emotional, or uncertain about what to do next.
Employment Type and Schedule
- Full-time position
- 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- Sunday availability may occasionally be required based on lead volume and campaign needs
- Must work schedules covering Eastern and Pacific Time zones
- Schedule may include daytime and evening coverage
- Consistent attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence are mandatory
- Candidates must be available during assigned calling and follow-up windows
Primary Responsibilities
Inbound Intake
- Answer inbound calls from prospective clients promptly and professionally
- Conduct motor vehicle accident, personal injury, and mass tort intake interviews
- Establish trust and rapport with accident victims
- Ask structured qualification questions without making the caller feel interrogated
- Identify urgent matters, deadlines, severe injuries, and potentially high-value cases
- Explain the case-review and attorney-matching process
- Schedule consultations or facilitate immediate live transfers when appropriate
