We're looking for a Founder's Associate to support two senior leaders across client management, recruiting operations, documentation, and weekly reporting at Hire Overseas. This is not a traditional EA role. You will be embedded directly with leadership, owning real operational responsibilities from day one and growing into a Chief of Staff or equivalent leadership role as the company scales.
This role needs to be your primary professional commitment, not a side arrangement. We are looking for someone who is genuinely ambitious, thinks critically without being prompted, uses AI tools as a core part of how they work, and wants to grow into a strategic leadership position alongside a fast-moving general talent company. What You'll Work On
Client and Account Management Support
Support senior leaders in managing active client relationships and keeping accounts organized and progressing
Track client status, hiring needs, and open items across all active accounts
Flag delays, risks, or action items before they become problems
Maintain organized client records and ensure all documentation is current and accessible
Recruiting Operations
Review and screen candidates for active client roles using defined criteria and your own judgment
