Role Description The Director of E-Commerce is a full-time, overseeing all aspects of the brand’s online business performance. This role manages the e-commerce strategy, including site merchandising, product assortment, pricing, and promotional calendars, to drive sales growth and brand consistency. The Director monitors key performance metrics, analyzes customer behavior, and implements data-driven optimizations across the digital storefront and customer journey.



Daily responsibilities include collaborating with marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, inventory accuracy, and a high-quality user experience. The role also leads the e-commerce team, sets priorities, and manages workflows to achieve revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
