We're is hiring a Sales Development to qualify leads, manage our sales pipeline, and help us build a smarter, faster, more organized sales operation. You'll be the backbone of our lead-to-close process — handling discovery calls, CRM management, underwriting file prep, and workflow improvement.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll talk to prospects daily, keep our CRM pristine, prepare files for our underwriting team, and help us scale our sales playbooks.
What you'll be doing →
Lead qualification through discovery calls — Contact new prospects, understand their needs, timeline, and pain points; document interactions and recommend next steps
Pipeline management & CRM organization — Monitor inbound channels (web forms, phone, broker emails, Facebook, Tivoli), log opportunities, update stages, and keep trackers live for leadership
Underwriting file prep & auditing — Review ACORD 130 applications, verify business info, check entity status, review loss history, and organize clean files for review




Internal pricing support — Use Excel/CVTA templates to prepare pricing estimates and billing summaries after qualification
Phone support & payment tracking — Answer calls from prospects and clients; monitor and track payment-related follow-ups
Workflow & process improvement — Help identify bottlenecks, build playbooks, create checklists, and support automation and AI-enabled workflows in GoHighLevel, CRM Momentum, and NowCerts
Marketing & social media assistance — Support organic content calendars, Google review campaigns, client testimonials, and basic campaign coordination (secondary priority)
What we're looking for →
✅ Must have:
C1– English proficiency — clear communication in discovery calls, documentation, and team interaction
Prior SDR, sales development, appointment setting, or sales support experience required
Strong CRM discipline & organizational skills — ability to keep data clean, complete, and actionable
Excellent listening and discovery-call skills
