JOB DESCRIPTION
At Publicis Production, based in Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst with 2+ years of experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes within post-production, media, creative, or IT/Tech environments. The mission of this role is to execute talent attraction and selection processes effectively,



ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience while supporting the achievement of hiring goals within a integral offshoring delivery model.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for creative, media, production, post-production, and technology roles.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to gather position requirements, align expectations, and support hiring decisions.
- Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the company’s ATS platforms. - Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
