The Role

You'll own production features end-to-end — React front ends, Java backends, GraphQL APIs, containerized services — but the way you deliver them is what sets this apart. Your primary craft is building closed-loop agent workflows: the context, rules, verification steps, and orchestration that let multiple AI agents execute real development tasks in parallel, autonomously, and at enterprise quality.

You're not pair-programming with a chatbot. You're running a system — and that system ships software.

Key Responsibilities

Architect agent-driven workflows — design the context, guardrails, and feedback loops that enable AI agents to produce, test,



and verify complete units of work without hand-holding.
Ship features across the full stack — UI, API, backend, and infrastructure. You own the outcome from spec to release.
Raise the ceiling for the whole team — package and share the workflows, rules, and tooling you create so that every engineer benefits, not just you.
Hold the quality bar — enterprise customers depend on what you ship. That means thorough testing, clean first-pass reviews, edge-case handling, and zero regressions.
Coach junior engineers — lead by example, review code thoughtfully, and help others adopt AI-native practices.
Stay at the frontier — evaluate new models, tools, and techniques continuously. No single-tool loyalty; deep fluency across the best of what's available.

What We Expect

4+ years of production full-stack experience in Java and React — not just familiarity, but genuine depth shipping real products in both.
