? Overall Description: Lenovo is seeking a Counsel, Legal to join its Global Contracts Team (GCT). This role reports to the Lead Sr. Counsel, North America, and will provide legal support across North America with a focus on sales and procurement contracts and related commercial transactions. The successful candidate will apply project management, process innovation, and technology to the delivery of legal work in a way that improves both risk mitigation and efficiency.
Position responsibilities include contract drafting, negotiation, and review, along with providing advice and counsel on legal, compliance, and business matters, including risk-and-reward analysis and the presentation of options and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
