We are looking for a Chief Business Analyst with Product Ownership responsibilities to take end-to-end ownership of a complex Bill of Materials web application with critical financial calculations and limited existing documentation. You will drive discovery, documentation, and delivery while acting as the single source of truth for business logic and product direction—apply to help shape the product with confidence and clarity.
Responsibilities
Own the product’s business logic,



including financial calculations, formulas, and summarization rules
Validate monetary calculations by analyzing rounding behavior, aggregation logic, and formula correctness
Reverse-engineer current system behavior to recover undocumented business rules and processes
Document end-to-end business flows, including happy paths, edge cases, exceptions, and dependencies
Build and maintain a living knowledge base of rules, decision trees, and process maps
Lead discovery sessions to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities with stakeholders and users
Translate needs into EPICs and User Stories with clear scope, value, and assumptions
Write testable acceptance criteria in Gherkin (Given/When/Then) for delivery alignment
Manage and prioritize the backlog to balance stakeholder expectations and delivery capacity
Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability from discovery through implementation and validation
