We are currently seeking a highly experienced Track Team Lead to join our Rail & Transit team. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of complex passenger and freight rail infrastructure projects while supporting the growth and development of our Integral Capability Centre (GCC) Rail Track team in Bogotá.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, project delivery oversight, team development, and stakeholder engagement for multidisciplinary rail projects across Canada and internationally.

Position Purpose
The Track Team Lead is responsible for leading the planning, design, engineering, and optimization of railway track infrastructure and track geometry for passenger and freight rail projects. This role combines technical leadership, project delivery, team management, stakeholder engagement, and business development support to ensure high-quality outcomes and sustainable growth of the Rail Track practice.
