What You'll Do

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to support the evaluation, design, permitting,
and execution of facility development projects across our growing portfolio. As
part of our vertically integrated engineering team, you will be responsible for
assessing site feasibility, utility infrastructure, drainage systems, grading,
ADA compliance, and external utility coordination.

This role is highly focused on existing-site evaluation and infrastructure
strategy. We are looking for engineers who can quickly assess site constraints,
understand utility availability and capacity, and develop practical,
cost-effective solutions that support project schedules and operational
requirements.
