Role Description The Volunteer role at O‑Victory is a full-time, on-site position based in Bogota, D.C. Each day, the volunteer supports the planning and delivery of community programs, assists with event setup and coordination, and helps ensure participants feel welcomed and informed. Responsibilities may include organizing materials,



providing basic administrative support, and helping maintain accurate records of activities and attendance. The role involves direct interaction with community members, collaborating with other team members and volunteers, and communicating updates or needs to the program coordinator. Volunteers are expected to follow organizational guidelines, uphold safety and confidentiality standards, and actively contribute ideas to improve services and outreach.
