About The Team/role
As a Merchant Integration Analyst within Marketplace Operations,
you are responsible for ensuring merchants are technically ready to operate successfully across LATAM. You lead the implementation, activation, and continuous improvement of merchant integrations, working closely with Product, Commercial, Operations, and external partners to deliver scalable technical solutions that enable reliable marketplace execution.
Beyond merchant activation, you oversee the technical lifecycle of integrated merchants by monitoring system health, resolving operational issues, coordinating technical support, and continuously improving integration processes and standards. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, you translate operational requirements into scalable integration solutions that reduce technical friction and improve merchant performance.
