Job Description

Veritas Automata is seeking a Sales Coordinator to serve as dedicated execution support for a client organization's CEO and sales leadership. The Sales Coordinator provides upstream prospecting, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator outreach, meeting and demo scheduling, and Salesforce hygiene.

This is a full-time remote role for a highly organized,



proactive professional located in LATAM who can work effectively with a U.S.-based leadership team. The Coordinator focuses on doing the work well and consistently: building prospect lists, running LinkedIn and Sales Navigator outreach, scheduling meetings and demos, and keeping Salesforce clean and current. The client sets direction and priorities; the Coordinator executes them with accuracy, speed, and follow-through.

Core Responsibilities

Upstream prospecting and list building

Research companies, contacts, industries, buyer personas, and target accounts to build high-quality prospect lists aligned with the client's idóneo customer profile and direction.
Enrich and maintain prospect and account data, including titles, company details, LinkedIn profiles, email addresses, outreach status, and engagement history.
Prepare targeted lists ahead of conferences, campaigns, and events as directed, including id
