About the Client
An AI-powered sales technology company serving the catering and events industry is looking for a Sales Operations & Client Success Coordinator to own outbound campaign execution and light client coordination for its growing base of restaurant clients.
The company runs a productized outbound service on top of its own SaaS platform, running AI-assisted cold email campaigns at scale on behalf of restaurant and hospitality clients. It's an early-stage, founder-led team, with this hire joining as the fourth team member and the company's first hire outside the founding group.
About the Role
This is an execution-heavy,



ops-focused role that blends outbound campaign coordination with light client support — not a strategic account management position. You'll source leads using AI-powered tools, manage inbound prospect responses, introduce warm leads to clients, set up email infrastructure for new accounts, and monitor deliverability. All prospect and client communication happens over email and text.
Success in this role means keeping every response cycle under 30 minutes, hitting a steady weekly lead-sourcing target, and proactively flagging and fixing workflow gaps before they become problems. Scope will evolve significantly over the next 6–12 months as manual tasks are automated, so comfort with ambiguity and shifting responsibilities is essential.
