We’re looking for a Creative Strategist (Organic Growth) who can turn customer insights, trends, and product launches into content ideas that drive brand discovery, engagement, and growth.
This is not a traditional content manager role. You won’t be responsible for creating every asset yourself — you’ll own the strategy behind what we create, why we create it, and how it helps the brand grow.
You’ll combine creative thinking, consumer psychology, organic content strategy, and SEO insights to build a scalable organic growth engine across social platforms and search.
You’ll work closely with our Content Creator, Graphic Designer, and marketing team to develop concepts, briefs, storytelling angles, and creative direction that turn ideas into high-performing content.

What You’ll Do
Creative & Content Strategy (70%)
This is the core of the role.
Own the annual, quarterly,



and monthly organic content strategy aligned with product launches, campaigns, and business goals.
Research customer behavior, competitors, trends, and viral content patterns to identify new growth opportunities.
Develop creative concepts, storytelling angles, messaging frameworks, hooks, scripts, and content briefs.
Turn product launches and brand stories into content people want to discover and share.
Define the organic content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Create clear creative direction for creators and designers, including:
AI image briefs
Content concepts
Shot lists
Storyboards
Visual references
Messaging guidelines
Analyze what content performs best and continuously improve creative direction based on insights.
Identify opportunities for UGC, community-driven content, and customer storytelling.
