About the Role
This critical role will manage and optimize the full HR technology stack, ensuring it aligns with the company’s strategic goals and operational needs. This expert will oversee system configuration, integrations, and data management, while partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders to deliver technology solutions that support our employees and drive business success.
As the primary owner of Workday and other HR systems,



this role will ensure the effective delivery of HR services, reporting, and compliance.

What You’ll Do
Own the HR technology roadmap, serving as the subject matter expert for Workday and other HR systems.
Lead the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR platforms and system integrations.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement new HR technologies to support business objectives and improve the employee experience.
Develop and execute the HR systems strategy, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals.
Partner with HR and business leaders to enhance systems supporting talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and other HR processes.
Continuously optimize system functionality, workflows, reporting, and user experience to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and governance across all HR technology platforms.
