Summary
The Senior People Manager is a strategic business partner to the commercial function across the assigned countries, translating regional and global people strategy into local impact. Acting as a trusted People Generalist and advisor, this role shapes talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness across recruitment, employee relations, total rewards, compliance, performance management, organizational development, and strategic projects.
This position reports solid line to the Senior People Director for the International Region and partners closely with Commercial Leaders and all Function heads across the region to drive business outcomes through people strategy.
