Title: Manager of PMO

Summary of Role

PMO Managers are an integral part of Command Alkon's goal to deliver fully
integrated technological solutions to the heavy building materials industry. Our
mission is to help organizations harness the full potential of these solutions
enabling them to improve inefficiencies, deliver visibility, automate,
collaborate, and grow. Given the complexity of today’s business environment our
customers need every advantage at their disposal to optimize performance.

As a PMO Manager, you will drive operational excellence across the Project
Management Office by developing high-performing project teams and ensuring the
successful delivery of customer implementations. This role reports to the PMO
Director and partners closely with Sales, Consulting, Finance, Project
Management, and Customer Success to deliver consistent project execution,
improve financial performance, and create exceptional customer experiences.

How You’ll Succeed

-Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators by
providing coaching, performance feedback,



and career development opportunities
that improve individual and team performance

-Support the Program Manager in streamlining PMO processes, project
methodologies, and governance practices across cross-functional departments

-Recommends new process and tools to achieve advanced project management

-Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project
update meetings, and written, electronic, and graphic reports

-Ensure project plans, action item registers, milestone timelines, and portfolio
reporting are consistently maintained to support visibility, accountability, and
timely decision-making

-Manages all assigned projects to completion ensuring on-time delivery, meeting
of budgetary demands, and maintaining overall project ownership
