BA General Talent is seeking a qualified professional to join a dynamic team as a Web UX/UI Designer based in LATAM or the Caribbean. You will play a key role in supporting a US-based client by designing, developing, and launching modern business websites. This role combines strong UX/UI design capabilities with hands-on website development experience, requiring someone who can not only create exceptional user experiences but also implement them within modern CMS platforms and collaborate closely on technical execution.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites from initial concept through final launch.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using UX/UI best practices.
Build and customize websites within CMS platforms such as WordPress, ensuring responsive, functional, and scalable implementations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business objectives into effective digital experiences.
Develop websites ranging from small business sites to larger, more complex websites,



including projects with e-commerce functionality when required.
Apply SEO best practices during website planning and development to improve search visibility and user experience.
Utilize AI-powered design and website-building tools to improve efficiency while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Optimize websites for responsiveness, accessibility, performance, and usability across devices.
Prepare design assets and collaborate closely with development to ensure accurate implementation.
Perform website updates, CMS maintenance, design refinements, and ongoing improvements as needed.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging web technologies, UX best practices, SEO standards, and AI-powered development tools.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience designing and developing websites.
Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX/UI design work and live website implementations.
