Overview
In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for an Project Manager with over 2 years of experience leading adaptation, translation, and transcreation projects for creative assets across multiple markets. This role is responsible for coordinating digital, print, and audiovisual deliverables to ensure they are culturally and linguistically appropriate for each country, while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines,



delivery timelines, and established budgets. The Associate Producer works cross‑functionally with creative, production, account management, and language vendor teams, ensuring organized and efficient execution that meets quality standards in regional and general environments.
Responsibilities
Coordinate translation, transcreation, and cultural adaptation projects for different countries and markets.
Oversee the localization of digital, print, and audiovisual assets (including subtitles, dubbing, and voice-over).
Manage timelines, priorities, and basic budget tracking.
Coordinate internal teams (creative, design, production, account) and external vendors (translators, recording studios, voice talent).
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, local regulations, and usage rights.
Monitor deliverables and perform linguistic and operational quality control.
