Role Title: Social Media Manager / Community & Social Content Manager

Positioning: Social Media Manager / Community & Social Content Manager

Primary Responsibility:

Drive brand exposure, audience engagement, content distribution, and community building across social channels (distinct from Google organic search SEO).

Key Responsibilities

Platform Operations: Manage and grow core social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Telegram, etc.).

Content Calendar: Plan, schedule, and maintain the social media content calendar.

Campaign & Creative Planning: Conceptualize posts, short-video topics, promotional activities, and interactive campaigns.

Copywriting & Engagement: Write natural, engaging Spanish copy for posts; actively manage comments, DMs, and community interactions.

Market Insights: Monitor trends and content preferences of players in Mexico.

Data Analytics:



Analyze social performance metrics (engagement rate, CTR, follower growth) to refine content strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, video production, and operations teams to create high-performing social assets aligned with local festivals, matches, and bonus promotions.

Requirements

Deep understanding of local Mexican social media culture and platform trends.

Proven experience in content planning, social media marketing, and community management.

Excellent Spanish copywriting skills with an authentic tone that drives engagement.

Domain knowledge or familiar understanding of online casino, slots, sports, or entertainment content is preferred.
