Are you a Senior Cost Estimator with extensive experience in Custom Luxury Homes and a strong background in reinforced concrete and structural construction? We’re looking for a highly skilled professional to join a fast-paced team that values precision, efficiency, and technical excellence.

If you enjoy analyzing complex drawings, producing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with top-tier construction professionals, this role is for you. This position supports projects in Florida, so availability to work on Eastern Time (ET) is required.

What you will do:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for Custom Luxury Home construction projects.
- Perform accurate material takeoffs and quantity calculations for structural construction projects.
- Review architectural, structural, and construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents to produce reliable project estimates.
- Estimate costs for reinforced concrete, structural systems, and related construction scopes.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project stakeholders to gather technical information and ensure estimate accuracy.
- Conduct outreach to contractors and architects on behalf of the company to support project development and business opportunities.
- Prepare organized, bid-ready documentation to support proposals, budgets, and estimating processes.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, and timely delivery.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to continuous improvements in estimating workflows.

What you'll need to know:

- Proven senior-level experience in construction cost estimating.
- Extensive experience estimating Custom Luxury Home projects.
- Strong background in reinforced concrete and structural construction estimating.
- Previous experience working on U.S. construction projects, with South Florida experience strongly preferred, allowing you to work efficiently and understand local construction practices.
- Excellent ability to interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings quickly and accurately.
- Strong experience performing material takeoffs, quantity calculations, and developing comprehensive project estimates.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence collaborating with contractors, architects, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Reliable availability, a consistent work schedule, and interest in long-term professional growth.

A great plus:

- Experience working directly with U.S.-based contractors and architectural firms.
- Knowledge of the South Florida luxury residential construction market.
- Experience with AutoCAD, estimating software, and collaborative project management tools.
- A track record of improving estimating processes and identifying cost efficiencies.
