We are seeking a strategic Director of Technical Training to own and evolve our Learning Initiatives Scalability and Training program Operations. You will lead the design and deliver high-impact engineering talent development programs, while strategically building scalable frameworks to enable effective and sustainable training delivery across the engineering organization.
The role combines process optimization, technical mentorship,



and delivery assurance to drive training operational excellence and superior technical output across Factored.
You will operate with an owner mentality, proactively identifying execution gaps, driving the design of training solutions, driving the creation of training team performance metrics, and iterating on delivery processes. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and the high "Factored Bar" for quality.
Functional Responsibilities:
Strategic Training Leadership
Own the strategy, planning, and execution of the organization’s technical training portfolio across all engineering training programs.
Lead the direction of the Technical Training function by aligning training priorities with business goals, customer demand, workforce readiness, and emerging trends in the AI and Data landscape.
