JOB OBJECTIVE:
The Senior HR Advisor – Colombia leads compliant,



high-quality HR delivery for the Colombia entity and may support other LatAm operations. This role manages the full employee lifecycle and serves as the key liaison with the payroll provider, ensuring compliance with Colombian law and alignment with global HR standards.

You will oversee HR operations, payroll coordination, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and employee relations while partnering with Global HR and LatAm leadership. Success requires strong judgment, organization, and the ability to balance strategic and hands-on work.

This is a 1-year fixed-term hire with the possibility of an extension based on confirmed funding

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Payroll & Vendor Management
Act as primary contact for payroll provider
Ensure accurate, timely payroll, benefits, and statutory filings
Review contracts, payroll reports, and compliance documentation
Monitor vendor performance, escalate issues, support audits
Align provider practices with Generation HR standards
