At ScotiaGBS Colombia, we're looking for a Merchant Fraud Advisor and help protect our merchant portfolios ?

? What You'll Do

✅ Monitor and analyze fraud alerts related to merchant accounts.
✅ Investigate suspicious activity and take timely action to mitigate fraud losses.
✅ Contact merchants to validate unusual transactions and account activity.
✅ Support fraud investigations and escalations across multiple countries.
✅ Identify emerging fraud trends and contribute to fraud prevention strategies.

? What We're Looking For

✔️ English level B1+.
✔️ 2+ years of experience with credit/debit card processes and Merchant Deposit Accounts (required).
✔️ Strong knowledge of fraud monitoring and banking systems.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
✔️ Experience with Visualization Tools is a plus
✔️ Understanding of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
✔️ Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

⭐ Must Have: Hands-on experience with Merchant Deposit Accounts and merchant-related banking processes.
