As our HR Generalist, you will be at the heart of employee management, handling everything from contract management to organizing training days and educational materials for new hires. Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending actionable steps.
Improve manager and employee performance and experience by identifying problems and evaluating potential solutions.
Oversee and complete special projects, including setting timelines, coordinating with stakeholders,



conducting research, and fulfilling transactions.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by staying updated on legislation and advising management on necessary actions.
Provide a warm onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are properly integrated into the company culture.
Review and file new hire paperwork efficiently.
Track and administer employee leave while ensuring smooth processes.
Administer our Employee Satisfaction Survey to gauge employee engagement.
Address employee relations, concerns, and performance issues as they arise.
Manage documentation in personnel files and conduct exit interviews as needed.
Update and revise employee policies and procedures as required by law or business needs.
Maintain a positive workplace culture by managing day-to-day office tasks.
