About the Position

Dymond Speech & Rehab is seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Bilingual Patient Scheduling Coordinator to support our pediatric therapy clinics remotely.

This person will communicate with families in both English and Spanish, schedule and reschedule appointments, fill openings, maintain accurate patient schedules, and coordinate with our therapists and front-office team.

The primary goal of this role is to help families receive consistent care while keeping therapist schedules accurate and full.

Responsibilities
- Answer and make patient calls in English and Spanish
- Respond to scheduling-related texts, emails, and messages
- Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
- Process cancellations and rescheduling requests
- Contact families to fill open appointment times
- Help maintain strong schedules for the current and upcoming week
- Manage patient waitlists and scheduling follow-up
- Confirm appointment information with families
- Follow clinic scheduling, attendance, and cancellation procedures




- Document conversations and scheduling changes accurately
- Review patient alerts and scheduling instructions before making changes
- Coordinate with therapists and the U.S.-based front-office team
- Escalate clinical, billing, insurance, or complex family concerns to the appropriate team member
- Protect patient information and follow all privacy and confidentiality requirements

This is a scheduling and patient-service position. It is not a clinical medical-interpreter position, and the coordinator will not interpret diagnoses, evaluation results, informed consent, or complex clinical information.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent or native-level Spanish
- Advanced spoken and written English
- At least two years of experience in scheduling, customer service, reception, call-center work, or administrative support
- Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday on the phone
- Clear, professional, and friendly phone communic
