As a People Business Partner for E2E Andina, you will help define and drive the talent agenda, partnering directly with senior leadership in Manufacturing and Logistics to drive business priorities, organizational effectiveness, and shape the future of the business and workforce of both staff and frontline workers.



You will serve as a trusted partner for leaders to influence growth and team performance, with the unique opportunity to drive large-scale organizational design and change management initiatives. Additionally, as a core member connected to Labor Relations, you will be the heartbeat of our organization, building and maintaining positive employee relations while driving people performance, guiding on-the-ground leaders on positive workplace culture, and ensuring business continuity within the Supply Chain environment.
