Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis
FP&A; Manager – Security Solutions, Overview
FP&A; manager, Security Solutions will provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting support for the business. They will support in consolidating and managing the expenses, revenue, and profitability of the business, as well as the strategic initiatives and projects. They will also coordinate and communicate with the finance business partners globally and regionally, as well as other cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and transparency. Additionally,



they will be able to provide crisp and clear messaging on slides for various stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities
• Leads the financial planning and analysis for the security solutions business, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and completeness of the financial data and reports
• Prepares and presents financial and business performance reviews (monthly, quarterly, annual) to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting the key drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Drives strategy and business process improvement initiatives by building and maintaining financial tools and models to support decision making and scenario planning; provides insights and recommendations to optimize the business growth and profitability
