Retail Training Manager
in Bogotá

The position is to grow electronic Device sell-out by following the retail strategy.

100% Presential work

Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery Operation Management:
Responsible for the routine operation management of Country Training Planning, Delivery and, Results.
- Courseware & Curriculum Operation Management:
In synchronization with the General Retail Training Strategy & Content team and Regional Depts.
- Training Program Delivery & Operation Management:
Responsible for the design & development of Training Programs across the Region to enhance regional business objectives including; reward & recognition programs, training workshops, certifications / upskilling programs and, directly support on-ground training programs / initiatives in Key Countries across the Region.
- Team Operation Management:




Responsible for coordinating regular weekly Regional Meetings with Key Countries across the Region, to ensure Training Objectives, Delivery & Results are monitored on a regular basis.
- Market Research & Performance Evaluation Operation:
Leveraging performance evaluation methodologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- +2 years experience. Working in leading brand in consumer business area. (Training Manager / Training Coordinator / Retail Manager / Trade marketing etc.)
- Fluency in English
- Conscientious, hard work, willing to learn and thinking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skill.
- Coordination and personnel management
