We're looking for a
Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator
to support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple client accounts.

Working closely with Account Management, Technology, Creative, and Operations teams, you'll ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and according to established processes. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, collaborating across teams, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns from project intake through deployment.
- Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple client accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track.
- Build and maintain project plans in Workfront or similar project management platforms.
- Coordinate the execution of email campaigns, landing pages, donation forms, lightboxes, and other digital marketing assets.
- Perform quality assurance before campaign launches.
- Maintain campaign documentation, tracking files,



UTM parameters, source codes, and operational records.
- Monitor project progress, communicate risks or blockers, and coordinate approvals and launch readiness.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing Operations, Campaign Coordination, Project Coordination, or similar marketing roles.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience managing multiple projects within structured processes.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset.
