Tech Support Specialist
— Medellín

*What we’re looking for*
- English B2+ (speaking, reading, writing).
Must have.
- Technical, technological, or professional studies in ICT, development, or related fields.
- 1+ year of experience in technical support, help desk, or similar roles.
- Solid knowledge of IT, IoT, and networking.
- Available to work in Medellín (near Santafé Shopping Center) in rotating shifts: 6:00–14:30 and 11:30–20:00,
Monday to Friday (Availability during the weekends)
- Proactive attitude, clear communication, and a growth mindset.

*Main responsibilities*
- Provide expert, timely technical support via email, phone, chat, forums, and voicemail.
- Manage and schedule cases professionally through to resolution.
- Help improve quality standards and internal documentation.
- Report and follow up on technical or operational issues.
- Monitor servers using specialized tools.
- Actively participate in testing sessions and share relevant technical findings.
