Role Description

As Head of Sales, LATAM, you'll own revenue for one of our fastest-moving regions. You'll inherit a stellar, high-performing team of 7 sales professionals and a pipeline overflowing with demand — your job is to turn that momentum into predictable, scalable growth. You'll set the regional strategy, build and coach the team, and personally lead from the front on our most important deals.

This is a leadership role for a commercial operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-demand environments. You'll be measured on revenue,

- Own and deliver the LATAM revenue target — new business, expansion, and net revenue growth across the region.
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of 7 sales professionals, raising the bar on performance while keeping our best people motivated and challenged.
- Build the regional go-to-market strategy: segmentation, territory design, and the playbooks that let us capitalize on surging demand.
- Own forecasting and pipeline health — deliver accurate, data-driven visibility to leadership and hit targets predictably.
