About The Role
Monks is looking for a Delivery Manager based in Colombia to own the DAM operations for one of our largest global clients. You’ll manage a high-volume, fast-paced system, enable integral creative teams to find and deliver assets quickly, and act as the primary point of contact for DAM-related training, first-line support, licensing and compliance. You’ll collaborate closely with regional teams, in-house developers and external partners to keep the DAM, asset library and integrated workflows running smoothly and accurately.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the DAM:



ensure assets are uploaded, tagged with correct metadata, and organized so assets are discoverable in seconds. Keep folder structures clean and enforce naming/ingest standards.
- First-line support: respond to user questions from creative, ops, account teams and external agencies; triage issues and document resolutions.
- Training & documentation: develop and deliver training materials and onboarding for new and existing users on the DAM, review/approval platform and asset library.
- QA & governance: monitor asset integrity, usage rights and compliance; implement and enforce processes to reduce errors and drive consistency.
- Collaboration: build and maintain relationships with internal teams across your region (North & Latin America).
- Product feedback & issue tracking: log bugs, feature requests and workflow enhancements with internal development teams; close the loop on fixes and improvements.
