I'm looking for a
bilingual Customer Support Specialist
to join our remote team and be the first point of contact for restaurant owners across the U.S.

If you — or someone you know — has experience in contact center and strong English (B2+ to C1), this might be for you.

What the role looks like:

? 100% remote from Colombia

? $1,000–$1,200 USD/month + $50 WFH subsidy

⏱ 40 hrs/week

? Bilingual EN/ES · Inbound calls only

? Independent contractor · Paid in USD

What we're looking for:

✔ 2+ years in contact center or customer support

✔ English B2+ to C1 — spoken and written

✔ Reliable internet and personal computer

✔ Self-disciplined and comfortable working remotely

✔ Located in Bogotá, Colombia
