The Role

We're looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist who knows how to turn ad spend into real ROI. You'll run, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads, working closely with our creative and marketing teams to push performance further with every iteration.

We need someone who's equal parts analyst and strategist — comfortable diving into the numbers, but just as confident shaping the creative, messaging, and targeting behind every campaign.

What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping), and LinkedIn Ads
- Build and refine audience targeting strategies, including custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting funnels
- Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions) and turn data into action
- Guide ad creative direction, including copywriting angles, visual concepts, and formats (video, static, UGC-style, carousel, etc.)
- Partner with internal teams to continuously improve ad performance
- Run A/B tests across audiences,

- Manage budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns
- Deliver clear performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay sharp on platform updates, policy changes, and emerging best practices

What You Bring
- Proven experience managing successful campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads
- Track record running campaigns for U.S. or Canadian brands
- Strong grasp of performance marketing and conversion optimization
- Skill in identifying and targeting the right audience at every funnel stage
- Experience shaping or directing ad creative strategy
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Sharp analytical instincts and comfort working with performance data
- Experience with tracking tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, etc.)
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership of results

- Experience in wellness, e-commerce, or DTC brands
