We’re hiring a Head of Operations at Nature Development Company

We’re building and scaling a portfolio of ARR projects across Latin America and we’re looking for a Head of Operations who can combine corporate-level operational leadership with real, on-the-ground execution.

This role is for someone who can:

· Lead multi-country operations and turn strategy into delivery

· Oversee full project lifecycles (origination → implementation → verification)

· Run rigorous due diligence across technical, legal, and financial aspects

· Build and manage high-performing, cross-functional teams

· Drive portfolio performance across multiple ARR projects

· Work hands-on with our own teams, Verra (VCS), consultants, including preparing PDDs

Profile:

· 10+ years experience from ARR projects,



forestry, or similar

· Background in forest engineering, forestry, environmental science, or related

· Proven track record managing complex projects and teams

· Strong commercial focus

· Fluent in Spanish and English

· Comfortable operating both in the field and at executive level
