Lawyers International is a Colombian-American law firm with over 10 years of experience, specialized in guiding LATAM professionals through U.S. self-petition immigration processes, particularly the EB-2 National Interest Waiver. We work with researchers, academics, physicians, engineers, data scientists, and entrepreneurs across Latin America who are building their path to the United States without an employer sponsor. Role Description:

This is not a traditional employment position we are inviting U.S.-licensed attorneys to explore a strategic alliance with Lawyers International, working remotely, to jointly develop our EB-2 NIW practice for LATAM clients. As a strategic partner, you would advise clients on eligibility and case strategy, analyze complex professional profiles to build strong self-petition cases, and prepare high-quality petition packages,



including legal briefs and supporting evidence. You'll conduct legal research, stay current on USCIS policy and regulatory changes, and work closely with our team to ensure accurate, timely filings. Beyond individual cases, this role is about co-building something long-term: shaping how we serve LATAM clients, improving our processes, and growing the partnership together over time.

Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in the United States (any state bar), required.
- Solid knowledge of immigration law, ideally with direct experience in employment-based categories and EB-2 NIW petitions.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to draft persuasive briefs and supporting documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly valued given our LATAM client base.
- Detail-oriented and organized, comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines.
