The Opportunity

We're hiring a remote Sales & Client Success Associate to be the first voice and first impression for every new lead and existing client. This is a dual role to start — roughly half sales, half client communication.



As you ramp and demonstrate results, the role shifts toward 80%+ sales, with your compensation growing accordingly.

What You'll Do

Sales (growing to 80%+ of the role):
- Respond to inbound leads within 5 minutes during coverage hours — speed wins
- Qualify prospects, book consultations, and walk them through our service tiers
- Present three-tier proposals and recommend the right fit for each home
- Handle objections on price, timing, and competing quotes using our proven script
- Work a 30-day automated follow-up sequence — emails, texts, and call prompts are built into our system; your job is to execute with energy and personalisation
- Conduct check-in calls with new clients after their first and second cleanings
