About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and deploy modern cloud applications end to end. The work spans software engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, AI integrations, and secure networking, from React frontends to Python services running in Azure.

This is a mid-level role, and we mean it. You will not know everything on the list below, and we are not expecting you to. We are hiring for the ability to learn quickly and the willingness to say "I haven't done that yet" out loud.

How We Work (please read this part)

We would rather hire someone honest at 50% of the skills than someone at 90% who tells us what we want to hear. Concretely, that means:
- If you don't know something, say so. That answer never costs you the job here. Pretending does.
- If you used AI to help you solve something, tell us. We use it too. Passing off generated work as your own understanding is the problem, not the tool.
- If you break something in production, we want to hear it from you first, not from a dashboard.
- If an estimate slips, tell us early.



Bad news does not improve with age.
- Your CV should describe what you actually did, not what your team did.

We hold ourselves to the same standard. We will tell you directly where you stand, what the rate is, and what the work really involves.

What You'll Do
- Build modern React applications
- Develop backend services and REST APIs in Python
- Deploy applications to Azure
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications
- Help optimize application performance and cloud costs
- Participate in architecture reviews and learn from senior engineers
- Collaborate with product owners and solution architects

Must Have
- React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Python, with a REST framework (FastAPI or Flask)
- PostgreSQL or SQL fundamentals
- Git, and comfort with a CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
- Some hands-on Azure exposure (
