About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Marketplace Operations to lead and optimize our Amazon operations across multiple brands. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited for someone with deep Amazon marketplace expertise, strong operational instincts, and the ability to drive performance across supply chain, customer experience, and AI-driven strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations – Amazon Focus
- Oversee day-to-day Amazon operations across multiple brands, ensuring optimal performance across listings, account health, pricing, fulfillment, and compliance.




- Manage growth initiatives including new product launches, keyword optimization, promotions, and advertising strategies.
- Monitor sales velocity, customer metrics, and profitability across brands to guide strategic decision-making.
- Resolve high-impact issues with Amazon (e.g., listing suspensions, chargebacks, policy violations) quickly and effectively.

Supply Chain & Fulfillment
- Direct end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory forecasting, 3PL coordination, and FBA/FBM logistics.
- Optimize inventory turnover and working capital while avoiding stockouts and overstock.
- Collaborate with sourcing teams and suppliers to improve lead times, reduce cost of goods sold (COGS), and strengthen vendor reliability.
- Ensure seamless integration of systems across order management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
