You will play a key role in growing our founder's podcast presence, producing and publishing our company podcast, and transforming long-form content into engaging social media assets. - e.Repurpose podcast content into engaging short-form videos for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other social media platform
- s.Schedule and publish content while maintaining a consistent content calenda
- r.Monitor social media engagement and recommend improvements to increase reach and performanc
- e.Support ad-hoc marketing campaigns, website updates, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiative
- s.Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automate marketing processes using AI tool
